Who we are

Aponwao Ideas is the product of the collaboration of a mother/daughter team with a passion for projects and making them happen.

Aponwao is the name of both a river and a waterfall (Chinak Meru) in the southeast of Venezuela, and with our name we pay homage to our homeland and her beautiful natural treasures.

What we do

Every engagement starts with listening.
We design processes that fit your team, not the other way around.

A green alpine ridge with scattered evergreen trees overlooks snow-dusted mountains partly veiled by drifting clouds, creating a serene, expansive wilderness scene.

Scope

Scope is our strategic consulting service for organizations that need support to define, organize and plan a project before moving into execution. We assess the current situation, shape the strategy and build a clear action plan. It is designed to help reduce risks, support better decisions, align the team and move forward with greater confidence.

Discover

Discover brings together practical workshops designed to build the skills that teams and professionals need to manage projects more effectively. We work on strategy, leadership and community organizing through real situations. It is aimed at organizations that want to strengthen their people, improve collaboration and increase autonomy, problem-solving ability and effectiveness in execution.

Engage

Engage is tailored support for organizations, teams or project leaders who need support with problem solving, to unblock a project and/or turn plans into real progress. We adapt our tools and guidance to each situation, working on decisions, team dynamics and execution. It helps restore momentum, improve collaboration and turn pending actions into concrete results.

How we work

We work on both the project and the people who make it possible. We adapt to each context to bring structure, engage teams and turn complex ideas into concrete progress.

A human approach

People come first. We listen, build trust and work alongside your team, guided by the values that shape everything we do.

A systemic and critical approach

We look at the project as a whole and question what holds it back, so that structure, priorities and commitments lead to real change.

Who you are

We work with companies, institutions and purpose-driven organizations that want to create a positive impact. More than their sector or size, what matters to us is how they approach their work: they have an important project in hand, want to do it well, and need clarity, planning and support to turn it into real results.
